Q. Where is The Linen House located?
A. Situated in the cathedral quarter, right in the heart of Belfast's city, close to St. Anne's Cathedral, Northern Ireland Tourist Board, the main shopping area around Royal Avenue / Donegall Place / City Hall. Easy to reach from harbour, bus and railway stations.

Q. Is there a curfew?
A. No. Linen House is open 24 hours. On check-in all guests are issued with a security pass which they must show to the front desk on entry

Q. What is included in the price for a night?
A. Our prices includes your bed for the night, all bed linen and duvets, hot showers, and use of our facilities.

Q. What are check-in and checkout times?
A. Guests can check-in at any time of the day or night as we are open 24 hours. However, rooms may not be ready until 2.00 p.m. If you want to check-in before this time you can store your bags and return to the hostel when your room is ready. Check-out is 10.30 a.m. each morning.

Q. What attractions are nearby?
A. As we are so centrally located, there are numerous attractions within walking distance of the hostel. These include: the City Hall, political murals, Titanic dock and pump house, and much more.

Q. Are there parking facilities nearby?
A. Yes. We offer private parking beside the hostel. Please see front desk staff for prices and details.

HOSTEL POLICIES:

Absolutely no smoking permitted anywhere inside the hostel property.

Quiet time is enforced between the hours of 11pm and 7am.

No drinking in the dorm rooms. You may consume alcohol in basement or dining room. This is for the safety and comfort of our guests.

All persons under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult and can only be accommodated in a private room.

BOOKING / CANCELLATIONS POLICIES:

Individuals:

We accept cancellations up to 48 hours before time of arrival without penalty. After 48 hours a 2 day cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund (dependant on situation and at the discretion of front desk staff).

Groups:

Group bookings (6 persons or more) are subject to a deposit of the first nights accommodation total, and a security bond (the security bond can be paid on arrival along with the remaining balance).

Full payment must be made four weeks prior to arrival of the group (if possible). All groups must pay a deposit of at least the first night stay in advance. Please be sure you know the final numbers of your group as this deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. If group is not booking 4 weeks in advance, please contact the hostel to make payment arrangements, and check availability.

The group organiser must provide a full passenger list (first name, surname, and email address if available) and arrival time for the group at least one week prior to arrival.

All group bookings are subject to availability and rates may vary in accordance with special events and bank holidays, weekends, etc.

Provisional bookings will be held on option for two weeks (a fixed date of confirmation will be given). If the booking is not confirmed and/or deposit not received the accommodation being held will automatically released.
